You have the right to appeal this decision by logging into e-RAILSAFE and completing an Appeal Process Form. Along with completing the Appeal Process Form, you have the option of submitting additional documents that you feel will help in your appeal. However, it is your responsibility to provide any and all documentation that supports your claim
Deadline for Appeals:
All appeals must be received within 15 days from the date of your denial letter. If you require additional time to gather supporting documentation you may request a 15-day extension through e-RAILSAFE
